Applications are invited up to 04/07/2012 for one post of Scientist-’C’ (Immunology) at the National AIDS Research Institute, Pune in the Pay Band-3 of Rs. 15600-39100 plus Grade Pay Rs. 6600 and usual allowances as admissible as per Government norms.

Essential Qualification & Experience:

i)MBBS degree recognized by MC
OR
First class Master’s degree in immunology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry and allied subject from a recognized University
OR
2nd class M.Sc. in Immunology/Microbiology/Biotechnology/ Biochemistry and allied subjects with Ph.D. degree in relevant subjects from a recognized University/Institute.

ii)Four years R&D experience in related subject after obtaining essential qualification (i) abov
Desirable Qualification:
1.Doctorate Degree or M.D in Microbiology/Medicine from a recognized university.
2.Additional Post doctoral research/teaching experience in relevant subjects in recognized Institute(s).
3.Knowledge of Computer Applications/data management.
